Phoebe Huggett
Scenic Designer
2025, she/they BFA Drama, Scenic Design
Phoebe is a scenic designer trained at Carnegie Mellon School of Drama with a background of scenic construction and painting as the foundation of her work. She continues to practice these skills, viewing design as an opportunity to push her abilities and to push herself to understand new situations and ideas through research.
Phoebe is deeply invested in crafting a world when she designs. Her process is focused on environmental storytelling that creates a display of the forces at play in the work for actors and audience to exist in. This extends beyond just theatrical scenic design and into interests in other environmental storytelling and designs.
