Brooke ‘B’ Hanser is a collaborative scenic designer passionate about theatrical storytelling and creative development. She thrives in fast-paced environments, blending artistic innovation with organizational expertise to craft immersive experiences that engage audiences and foster empathy. Dedicated to being an open-minded and fearless collaborator, she explores art in ways that uplift others and build community. Her work mixes joy, melancholy, and vulnerability, often pushing the boundaries of the fourth wall, to create complex, thought-provoking pieces that inspire connection, questioning, and reflection.
In 2025, she designed scenery for two Carnegie Mellon University productions, In the Red and Brown Water and The Dumb Waiter, attended the IAAPA conference in Florida, and worked over the summer teaching theatre to young students. She spent the first few months of 2026 in Anaheim, California, working for Disney Live Entertainment.
Outside of work, she enjoys iced tea, board games with friends and family, and rewatching Pixar movies with her dog, Thor.
