Matthew Blankley is a writer who solves problems with delightful storytelling. Matthew pursued an interdisciplinary degree in Professional Writing and Dramaturgy, and is looking to apply his experience in storytelling in the field of marketing and copywriting.
Last summer, Matthew worked as a marketing intern for the experience design agency, Deeplocal. Matthew was also the marketing intern for Gumband, a SAAS for experience. Matthew was dramaturg for CMU’s The Grown-Ups and produced a workshop production of his original play Bears, bears, bears.

As dramaturg for the School of Drama’s 2024 production of “Macbeth,” Matthew created an interactive lobby display which invited the audience to confess their own evil deeds.
