Ever since Liz saw the redhead princess on stage in “The Little Mermaid,” she dreamt of being part of that world. As an only child, she spent most of her early years dancing in the kitchen with her grandmother to tunes from the 1950s and 1960s. Her love of music propelled her into a life of storytelling in every medium. When she’s not strumming her guitar, you can find Liz driving around the rolling hills of New Jersey, singing to her favorite tunes on the radio, and visiting the local cows.
